Publisher's note on the journal title transition and ISSN update
Beginning with the first issue of 2026, the journal is published under its new title, VNUHCM Journal of Science and Technology Development, in accordance with License No. 06/GP-BVHTTDL issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
At the time of publication, the new ISSN is still under formal application and pending assignment by the competent ISSN authority. For continuity in publication records, indexing, and DOI registration, the previously assigned ISSN 1859-0128 is temporarily retained for this issue.
All articles in this issue are published under the new journal title. Upon official assignment of the new ISSN, the journal’s bibliographic metadata on the website, DOI registration system, and indexing databases will be updated accordingly.
This transitional arrangement is intended solely to ensure continuity of publication and citation tracking during the ISSN reassignment process.
