Abstract
The research finds out the 07 main factors in 22 management factors, which affected to the productivity in Garment Industry at HCM City. By Factor Analysis, the research discover 7 factor's groups influenced to the productivity. By Delphi method, the research finds out the Total Solution to improve productivity in the enterprises.
